Drawing on a deep pool of experience.
Over the last six years I have been privileged to work with both my own clients and as a long-term associate for five larger consultancies. This has given me exposure to many different sectors, alternative perspectives and a wide range of tools. This is a working practice which I value as it contributes to my ongoing personal development as a coach.
Here is a flavour of the types of work I do.
Senior Executive Coaching
- over the last three years I have been part of a team providing a one to one coaching programme to ‘top talent’ in the offshore division of a global retail bank using MBTI personality types
- working in the construction industry with a variety of large companies I have been providing psychometric feedback through 16 pf and Hogan Dark Side to accompany coaching sessions
- in the FE sector I have been providing leadership development and coaching for senior managers and directors for the last 4 years using Saville Consulting Wave
Coaching Teams
- working with a senior directors team of a global pharmaceutical company to raise interpersonal awareness and establish a decision making model using MBTI
- helping the directorate within an NHS PCT to increase team motivation through personal awareness and dealing with conflict, gaining insights through MBTI
- coaching the global operations team of a leading carpet manufacturer to give them the skills to problem solve as a group and deal with different personalities
- working with the senior management team of a business supplying specialist music teaching to the FE sector, to form a new team and establish ways of working after ownership changed.
Group Coaching
- I successfully piloted a public group coaching in June
- working with senior managers in an FE college on Action Learning sets
