Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS)


The Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS) developed by the Hay Group helps participants understand leadership from the viewpoint of those being led. Successful leaders use a collection of leadership styles in the right measure, with the right people, at just the right time.

The Inventory of Leadership Styles measures six Leadership styles expressed by behaviours that are demonstrated in the workplace.

The Inventory of Leadership Styles report compares the leadership style that the participant believes they demonstrate in the workplace with that of others' experience. In essence, how the participant comes across verses how they intend to come across.
